Home delivery

The package will be delivered to your home, anywhere in Israel
within 3 business days by means of a courier service at the additional
cost of 35 NIS

Returns/Exchanges

In any event, the delivery charge is non-refundable
. If you have received a damaged product, please let us know within 24 hours from time of arrival.
We will make sure to deliver a new product as soon as possible.
Please note: orders that are placed five business days before Jewish holidays might only arrive after the holiday.
Seasonal and holiday-related games must be returned to us no later than 7 days after arrival
Clients will be refunded by law under the following conditions: If the product is returned to us within 14 days of purchase along with the original tax invoice.
After this time, there will be no refunds but a product may be exchanged by means of a gift receipt.
Products may only be returned if they are fully packaged.
A product that has been used may not be returned
